  • Scheduled Customers?

Do any of you have scheduled customers that are in rotation?

    Example:

You clean a business' drain once a month on an agreed schedule.

    Thanks.

So it's a given that you will go there x amount of times throughout the year?

      They don't have to call?

      Kind of like "maintenance"?

      Thanks.

Yes like drains to be cleaned, gaslog sets to be lit, washers to be replaced, flappers, aerators checked and replaced....all types of service for all types of people. I call them once a year and set the appointment up. Thats how i fill in my days if I want. I have records from 1975 through present of everyone we have worked for, description of work, itemized material and labor. I dont try and sell the service but I do offer it when people say they forget to call or wish everything could be checked out once a year like the a.c guy does. I might would sell more but I have enough work.

I have a friend in the carpet cleaning business and he does ALOT of scheduled maintenance.
