    Do you have anything in place to track employee performance?

    Statistics for callbacks? Speed? Customer satisfaction?

    Do you have any employee incentives? (Other than a kick in the azz)

    I keep track of all employee performance. Every call back is documented. I can go back through job invoices and see if the call back is legitmate. Every month I break down total jobs by employee versus total number of call backs. All of my guys that perform at 95% and above get an extra bonus and the top tech of the month gets a little more. My office assistant does daily call backs to customers to check on our employees performance in the field and make sure all is well. This helps avoid call backs from upset customers.
