$35 (or less) for a 12Vdc to 120Vac 400W inverter...
Then plug your charger into that...
Why re-invent the wheel?
You can also plug in any other device drawing less than 400W(cell phone, laptop, 100W trouble light etc...)
I have one I bought years ago and use it when I need to charge stuff and there is no jobsite power set up yet,,,
I have two of the dewalt 12 volt chargers, and sure like them.
