Wife in desperate need! Please consider a work site radio. My husband swears by Rigid, but is completely disappointed that Rigid has yet to come out with a radio! The weekly trips to Home Depot have got to stop!! It couldn't be that difficult and I am sure the market is there!

yes, PLEASE MAKE A RIDGID WORKSITE RADIO!

    -12 input
-12 output output (on 120/battery mode)
    -120volt input & cord storage
-fm radio with digital controls and an effective internal antenna
-jack for external audio input (ipod, cd player, microphone for PA usage)
    -drop protected
-and it has to be in that snazzy orange with lots of rubber poured all over it
-the ability to charge and run FROM a battery of any size
-water sealed controls and battery compartment

-blacklit LCD or Organic LED display with extra controls for:
    #advanced charging modes/conditioning through display
    ## # battery diagnostic/evaluation modes (temp display, charge graph, output ratings in mAh, volt status, etc) the customer base for tools like these is fascinated by more information than they really need. besides, how many times have you picked up a battery you last used a week ago and wondered how charged it was? (without squeezing the chuck on the drill to see if you can stop it, haha)

btw, i'm trying to get a job as an industrial designer if anyone in TTi or One World is reading this, i could really use an internship this summer

You might as well add a kareokee microphone and little song screen while your at it. perhaps a cupholder and umbrella stand as well.

Well I guess I would have to say with all that I would also like to have it all built into a small cooler to keep my "beverages" comfy....

                      Hey now,
If you're going to have a "cooler", don't forget the freezer area! We sometimes need ice for them beverages.

or maby... i could just hang it up on the umbrella pole.. hummm
