Around here, you can find them at the industrial supply places that sell the Ridgid plumbing equipment. Don't know the price. You can probably find the name of a place by going to the Ridgid site and clicking on the "Where to Buy" tab. (Ridgid plumbing equipment and some of their heavy duty metal working/industrial grade tools are not sold strictly thru HD).
Hope this helps you locate it

I have 5 HDs withen 10 miles of my place. One of them carries it in stock and the others have never heard of it. I have an old (70s) Black and decker industrial model that I bought used around 1985.($50) I would be lost without it. If it does give out I will buy the Ridgid to replace it with. Same goes for my Reciprocating saw that I use for work, even though for home use I have a Ryobi that works just fine for my home needs. MHO
