Table saw fence?

I know people are often looking to replace a TS fence for one reason or another. I came across this one for $150 which for a T style Biesemeyer fence seems like a good deal. Don't know anything about the seller or the item other than what's in the listing, just passing it on. It's in CA and he has it listed as local pickup.

Yeah. It's a good price, especially since it looks like it comes with the extension table and legs.
