Good job OSC! And let's not forget to give OSHA credit for taking such strong action. I've heard a few people critisize OSHA as a "paper tiger", "all bark and no bite" etc. Looks like they've got some teeth when they need them. Our tax dollars actually doing some good.

This page enables the user to search for OSHA enforcement inspections by the name of the establishment.
It is NOT an easy to use search system, and having just looked at it for the first time in a year it looks like it has gotten even more difficult to use.
I applaud OSHA for their quick action and response to the hazard OSC identified. At the same time I think that the enforcement reporting and violations search section of their website could be greatly improved. it would be nice if you could easily look up the safety record of an employer that you might be contemplating working for. Seems fair to me, after all employers want references, credit checks, and a host of other information about employees, but have little to go on as a prospective employee other than word of mouth and what you might read in the papers as far as the safety record of a company.
