Pumpkin pin with some real whipped cream on it. In place of baked yams I like to fix up sweet potatoes and fry them up like home fries I eat for breakfast. OK OK I have to confess that I can't stand my own cooking so I special request them at a local diner and sometimes if they aren't busy they will make sweet potato home fries. They say I'm not the only one that likes them.

My turkey, I bake it and it's better than deep fried.

Wow.. didnt expect someone else to mention a dish like this. My favorite is Scalloped oysters. It looks almost the same at the oyster stuffing though. More of a casserole. Good stuff!

I've had oysters a hundred different ways but I'm pretty sure never had them scalloped.

This must be a southern thing?

I would have to say it's my mom's dressing with giblet gravy. I dont care for turkey unless its deep fried, but I got burned out on that a few years back.
