or is it just me. My 18v hammerdrill broke and i sent it in to a service center they authorized to fix it. the service center got it on the 28th of Feb. and when I asked customer support about it they told me to pick it up and send it somewhere else. then when I complained about that they told me that the owner of the service center said he might be able to fix it and would call me. I never got a call. I called customer support today to try and get a new drill and they said that they have to get an ok from the independent repair center that said they might be able to fix it. I am a reasonable person, I just want my drill back working or a new one. does anyone on here know anyone I can call at Ridgid to resolve this problem. customer service just isn't working. let me know if you have had a similar experience. or please tell me why I should keep using Ridgid power tools. thanks
