  • Talk Plain English Please

I wish you would all talk plain English and stop abbreviating what you are trying to communicate with just letters as I and I assume others don`t know what you are talking about in your posts and threads.

This may help you in the future although we don't use that many acronyms here.

Does this mean no more pvc, pex, cts, ips, fip, fpt, mpt, mip, prz, abs, cpvc, di, ci, prv, vtr, dwv, or tprv? What about the npt? Or the ipc? Don't forget the upc!

I can understand most of the abbreviations on this site. Now, get me around a teenager that is texting on a cell phone and I am lost.
