  • A beautiful feast for your ears.

I hope you enjoy what a wonderful voice she has. It's a beautiful love song about real love.

    Wousko,

Thanks for the post, I always appreciate a little Robert Burns and a good Irish voice. Who is she?

Celtic is my favorite kind of music and I rarely miss listening to the "Thistle and Shamrock" on my local NPR station.

    Thanks again,

    CWS

      Her name is Eddi Reader

You can go to http://www.youtube.com and just do a search for her name. There's actually loads of nice stuff on You Tube but sadly there is also loads of very nasty porn and loud *&^%$# noise. Get ready for almost anything.

By the way it's totally free to view-hear stuff and a personal account is also free where you can post things and/or leave comments for people. There is a very serious copyrights issue on that site but I think it's also a great way for us to learn about people and things we would never find out about otherwise.

By the way go to this site www.pentrix.com if like me you're into railroads out of the past. Pentrix makes up some really good videos with narration. If you just type in "pentrix" on the YouTube search there are loads of free previews of some of their work.

As for Robert Burns, maybe you'll enjoy this. - http://youtube.com/watch?v=A3XpitsvrIQ

Everyone, please click the link and find out what the sweat side of Martina McBride is all about. Finally she has really grown up. This is the way to sing, beautiful girl. Keep it up, please

Okay you old hound dog.... obviously, I've lost something in the translation:

What has Pen Spinning got to do with "railroads out of the past"?

Pen Spinning? Either I messed up on the spelling as in a typo or you're jerking the doggie chain.

Shhhh I messed that up really bad. Try this http://www.pentrex.com for railroading.

I was thinking about PapaDan and that he might like the Pentrix site. See what happens when I try shifting my brain gears and mess up.?

And now we return to our beautiful music programming with more from Eddi Reader and others. I really love that beautiful sounding and haunting wood flute.

Special note: If you're lucky enough to have a really good high speed cable or DSL connection click on "High Quality" under the counter. It has to reload but it really is worth it.
