Tell us about one thing that was outstanding for you in the year of 2008. Maybe it was a funny moment, or a changing in life, someone was born or first step, someone who got married. Could it have been your business that did outstanding, or a job that went super. Maybe you got a fantastic promotion or you made it on TV and won American Idol. How about Ridgids first Round Up, or you met a celebrity. Lets hear and do tell about anything that memorable to you.....

    Re: 2008, In the Past

My most memorable moment for 2008, would have to be me making the decision to move on with a career change. This was really gutsy for me to do, after 28 years in the construction build. I will now move onto driving trucks for a living.

I know I said one, but this warrants a mention. My youngest son, getting a horse of his own, was just mind blowing when we saw his expression. We have 2 other horses, but this one is his and his alone. And I must say, he's been very responsible about it....

        Re: 2008

Mine would be the introduction of 2 new companies under my belt, but so far from the time and day when it is solid.

A definite, 6 year window. Have no clue if the body can do it, but the mind and spirit sure does.

I might even meet a woman, fall in love and have kids. Scary stuff right there if the "right" one comes along.

              Re: 2008

I retired from full time work. I now work less than 15 hours a week and set my own hours. My new part time boss is a friend of many years and it has been a great blessing to be where I am in my life of riley.
