I haven't had much success in keeping to my New Years's Resolutions in the past. Those well intended thoughts of eating less junk food, losing weight. along with keeping my cool and watching my blood pressure have all failed. My brilliant idea now it to do the exact opposite and see if I fail at these attempts. I'll be increasing my frequency of eating and portion size along with more icecream, cakes and candy. I plan on exploding at the least provocation, and with any luck this will bring my blood pressure within normal range. I'm not advising anyone follow my program, but I'll let you know how it works out.
