  • E-Box problem???

    I had an account on the old Ridgid e-box system. I bought a new circular saw and went to register it. I found that the web site has been updated. My user name is an email address I no longer have and my old password wont work. It says that you can have a new password sent to your email address for your account. So I am wondering how I get access to my account. I have created a new account to register my saw. Can I have the information transfered to my new account?
