    July 9th 2006 was my last. I used to smoke 2 packs aday and just woke up that morning and said I'm done. I feel much better now and food tastes great. Best thing I have ever done.

        A little thank you and a personal nomination of this thread from me.

        I don't have impressive bragging rights for quitting smoking. It's been only a week. It the started the moment I saw this thread. Pure envy

        Still struggling a little and perhaps not yet over the hill but I'm clinging on to much easier breathing.

          Ya got braggin rights for stopping, don't lose those rights unless ya go back to smoking, length of time don't matter.

              April 4 , 2000 was the last time i had a cigarette . Best thing i ever did .
