    Re: Highest Mileage Vehicle

My dad sold my first car with 378,000 km (about 230,00 miles). It was roughly the size of Chevy Monte Carlo's trunk, which was my first car in the US.

The little beauty I had almost as much power as decent riding lawn mower in North America. To fix it once in a while, all I needed was a screwdriver and an axe.

My longest running car in North America was a 1981 Honda Accord. I bough it used for $900 just to get me through a Winter. In 5 years that I owned it I never did any maintenance on it, not even oil change. The thing just did not want to die. I sold it for $100, with 350,000 miles on it. Two years later I saw it on a parking lot in front of a bookstore I went to.

My first truck was a 85 Chevy S-10 It was totaled in 2001 I had 400,081 miles on it. I had done some work to it though. It had the original motor in it but i had replaced the started, alternator, radiator, belts (twice), plugs & wires (twice). When I got it, it had all most 200k miles on it.

Next truck was a 99 ford F250 I sold it at 200,000 miles in 2004
