  • Annoying question

    I bought a combo drill driver/impact kit in early october and I am just now getting time to register the kit for the LSA. I have all the model numbers and the receipt from home depot but my wife has already thrown the box away. Is there any reason to waste a stamp just sending in the receipt and customer ID #?

      I agree with BHD. As I recall, it was only recently (within the last few months) that someone else was in your position, having unboxed everything at the store sor they could get the larger tool into their car. IIRC, they called Ridgid Customer Support and explained the situation to them and worked everything out.

      Give them a call and let them know the situation.
