    I can build anything You want , if you draw a picture of it , on the back of a big enough check .

        Congratulations on the Anniversary.

        As far as the flea market goes, you'll have a great time if you remember to forget your wallet.
        Teach your kids about taxes..........eat 30 percent of their ice cream.
