Worst seven bucks I have ever spent. They go for 17 at amazon, i bought mine new, on ebay, and this is one terrible tool. We just had the windows replaced on our home, and i kept all of the old wooden ones and storm windows. I will be saving the antigue hardware. I want to save the glass as well. Most of it is in good shape and will be great for future projects. well the storm windows are no problem. I bought the prazi after seeing it on Ask this old house. Worked like a champ for Tom Silva. I have not been as lucky. the two windows i tried with it, it cracked the glass. It does not remove the old putty effortlessly. I have a friend that is in the glass business and asked him if his glazers used this tool. Apparently they tried it and was having the same problem i am having. So I pulled out the old propane torch, stiff scraper and utility knife. this gets the job done just fine! Either I am doing something wrong with the putty chaser, or it is just useless!
