My older daughter graduated from Law School this past weekend. My first time in Washington DC. I got to see a few memorials, and it was a very emotional experience. The lives lost and lives changed in service to our country must never be forgotten. My daughter could join a law firm once she passes The Bar but she had more humanitarian plans. Last year she and a study partner worked to save the life of a Sudanese woman who would have been executed had she not been allowed to stay in our country. I'm so proud of her. She may never be rich but she will make a difference.
