The very first question you should ask on your survey is whether the person is happy with his or her purchase. It looks as if your only concern is how to sell me more. Its not like you asked the question last. It was not even mentioned. Your first and foremost concern should be with whether or not I would immediately buy one of your products again based on what I may have thought of my most recent purchase or any others for that matter. Unfortunately you have joined the 90% of product manufacturers whose sole purpose of the survey is how better to target us or those like us rather than how to best serve us. By the way, I love your product, especially the way the nuts and bolts were assembled on the segmented and labeled cardboard for the assembly process. My main concern with the Ridgid Corp. lies in the survey card that was enclosed.
