  • They worked hard

Well I took my drill and three batteries from my kit in today.
The Man said that one of the batteries might not be covered cause it aint got the same number, he said that it was a mistake that I got a third battery with my jig saw rebate.
Im thinking one of the reasons I invested in the kit was the Life Time Warranty and the jig saw with another battery as was advertised.
Well I'll see what comes back!

I'm glad this all worked out well. I bet you were nice to the people at the service center and they remembered you for it. The good attitude dose make a difference.

Are you talking about the kit where you send in the rebate and they send you a free tool? I did that and got a bare jigsaw...no battery. That is better than what happened to me on the second kit. Ridgid never sent me anything. I heard they were backed up but it has been almost a year. This is ridiculous.

Ridgid Tools being backed up?!?!? When giving out free tools?!?! who would've thought that a lot of people would want free tools? Patience is a virtue.

I hope everything goes better with your Ridgid business deals!

Bob, I'm in the Detroit area also. Where did you take your tools? I've never had to take any tools in yet, but one of my drills is starting to go.
