  • Tile Saw

It took me a whopping 20 minutes to set up. Man that was fast, next one I can do under 10 minutes, no problem. Now for the tweaking, the saw cut dead on, so no tweaking. The laser needed to be adjusted, took me 30 seconds.

It makes noise, but not bad at all, comparing to some other ones I have heard, this one is somewhat quieter. I cut 1/2 quarry tiles, 1/2" slate, 1/4" porcelain tiles, every one cut just fine.

There can be a few modification, which I'll state latter on, after much more usage. But there are 2 things, that need to be done. Pansy a$$ wheels, you need larger ones. I am going to figure it out, but no time right now. Also a water heating element needs to be placed in the water pan, somebody needs to do this, so Ridgid jump on it.

So far, I am very pleased with my purchase. Oh ya, the extended water pan, this looks to be a little flimsy, but I'll see as time goes bye. One more thing, the water pan, could have been a little thicker, but it'll do. Out of a 10 star rating, at this point, I'll give it a 9.......

Your trying to make my life difficult now ain't you....

One thing for sure, I wouldn't be talking about Dewalt products or other brands. And I did put it in the Ridgid Review section.
