    Gear

I bet you mostly need more good sleep and maybe a few glasses of Gatorade.

If you aren't better soon go see the doctor and howl this time.

I'm a day and a half into this and I feel lot better. I took early off at work and took a 3 hr nap, feel like I'm back to normal. Just remember guys to be careful when dealing with mold.

Well at least you have it documented for the future if it come back and bites you in the a$$.

Black toxic mold is nothing to laugh at or take lightly. The symptoms you describe or something to look into.

I just did a job 2 weeks ago and worked very closely with a 3rd party envirment agency and realize just how serious it is.

I have provided a link for you which I found very interesting with lots of information on the subject.

        Good luck.

Man every time I come across that stuff I get sick! Usually the next day or day after that is when it hits . congestion , lack of appetite , upper respiratory issues ,itchy throat Flem, and a headache . ..That stuff sucks..I was working in a crawlspace doing a re pipe a whole ago and that place was loaded, didn't even realize until I was putting on the hangers and moved some insulation and boom....let the customer know, they didn't do anything about it .

Black mold should be taken very seriously. There's one particular strain that is very problematic. Starts with "stachy".... or something similar. I knew someone affected and it was no joke
