      As usual a day late and a dollar short, but yes it is an American Std. Curtain valve.

        I've got no K-#...But I'll find it. I have not dealt with these valves in 18+ years. I think they fit Crane too, but not sure. It was my understanding "Curtin" was the company that produced the valve for the fixture companies. Like "Fluidmaster" today. Curtin also made a ball cock.

          Try P/N K-9360 or product #30679 From the Kohler website.

          And this from a hard to find plumbing parts site:

            Kohler or Case, I can't remember. Definately a flush valve.
