  • Pipe fitting Problem

I'm a welder, and I do steel railings and handrails. I have to do an aluminum pipe handrail that will be installed on two stairs connected with a 90 degree angle. The level of the stairs is 37.5. What's the simplest way to figure out how to cut those pipes to be able to install them properly. I hope you can help me with this question. Do I need to use a mitre saw?

cosine of degree of rise times the cosine of degree of turn equals the cosine of degree of elbow
