What kind of test can I do to the 825Y Reduced Pressure Zone Assembly without the FEBCO Test Kit (I don't have any testers) to satisfy the inspector and pass inspection? This is a vacant house, the valve was stolen and the water co shut off the meter and needs the new valve, permited, tested and approved. Any help? Thanks.

You could use any brand tester it does not have to be a Febco. They usually start at around $500 for a cheap one and you generally have to be a Certified Tester to test them.

As stated already, any test kit will work. Just make sure you give a copy of the test results to the inspector.
