    Re: Water Heater problem, again!

if you are used to a gas heater you will hate electric---especially if you run out---you will be waiting for a long while

also---if you go tankless---go with a rinnai, they have the best warrant and technology---the greatest part of rinnai is if you call on warranty, someone who speaks english will answer-and they are very quick to respond--if you buy a tankless at home depot---it is i mean IS junk
do not buy a tankless unless you buy and have it installed by a plumber--there are lots of things an amateur can do to destroy one---also i have replaced 3 bosch tankless systems that were less than 3 years old

buy rinnai---------if limbaugh reccomends them they gotta be good--right

Our shop has been using Rheem tankless in apartments we've been doing out of town for the last two years. So far no service calls. I'm not really a fan of tankless, though. A lot of money for nothing but a little space.

I've been fixing a ton of AO Smith's lately for some reason.

It looks as if the screen sits in a metal bracket that is riveted to the bottom of the water heater. I told him if it isn't easily removed, he is going to have to call a plumber to come and fix it; there isn't anything else I can do for him.
