I running a 3" cast iron pipe into a concrete lift station with a 4" cored hole. I heard to seal the connection I should use "dry pack and wrap" does anyone know this method or have any ideas about what i should do?

4" plastic ABS passing through concrete. clean out extension travels up 45 degree angle
to grade. Can't have ground water follow drain in! Thanks' Tool
I can build anything You want , if you draw a picture of it , on the back of a big enough check .
