Should be a make up line with a regulator somewhere near the boiler.

union that fill vavle, when i turn that valve on when the heating is off it does nothing... but when the heating is on and i turn the valve on it makes a noise but i turn it off quick, if i turn the valve on could it drop the pressure in the gauge or fill up the pressure
