        i do not have a clue at what your making . do you plan to solder the plates together if so will you call me i want to watch. they do make 3inch copper pipe

          A circle doesn't have an angle...a circle is a circle and an angle is an angle... the only way I can see a circle having an angle is relative to something else in a third dimension. You've got to communicate what you are asking more clearly if we are to understand.

          Agree; sleeving pvc with some kind of formed copper sheeting sounds like a poor plan; time consuming and prone to failure. Better would be to just use pipe appropriate to your process.
          This is my reminder to myself that no good will ever come from discussing politics or religion with anyone, ever.
