    Back in North Carolina we went through Ferguson, and used State electric water heaters. We installed hundreds of them and never had a problem other than an occasional element.

    Though we were installing them in tract houses, and we did not do service other than the warranty, so we didn't have to deal with them on the other end. So I can't really say how their life expectancy compares.
    No, it's not rocket science, it's plumbing and unlike rocket science it requires a license.

      And we ALL no know the problems AMERICAN WATER HEATER has had!!!!!!!!!

      gas valves....that left hand thermo couple......
