  • De-ionized water with polyurethane tube

    Hi all,

I have read in an article DI water and Polyurethane tube shouldn’t be used together, but the reason wasn’t given. So can any of you tell me if we use it together will it degrade the tube or degrade the purity of DI water?

    Thanks in advance

First, do you mean polyurethane, or polyethylene? Second, in either case, I don't know that answer!. But I do believe that DI or RO water should not be used with copper.
