  • Washer

The building condominium has 4 units, owner in one of the ground units, would like to install a hook up for a washer in the master bedroom closet, one wall is behind one of the baths and the other behind the other bath. He wants to install the drain for the washer on one of those drains. I don't like the idea, but I am trying to please him. Anyone has a good idea about this configuration. I appreciate any input.

      Re: Washer

He wants to connect the dryer vent to the existing exhaust fan duct (???), told him the dryer needs a dedicated vent. I am walking away from this job. Thanks and I appreciate your replay.
