  • unusual toilet tank - need info please

i have a circa 1970 Eljer toilet with a built-in overflow in the tank. so my question is, what do i attach the the parts too? (i.e. the parts that usually attach to the overflow).

    thanks!,

....i'm guessing you have a one piece toilet. if so, perhaps this may help, if
you are using a fluidmaster fill valve.

Does this toilet have the black tilt *** with the 3'' seat disc? If so I have a solution for you.

        Correction: It's an 'Eljer'

        Correction: It's an 'Eljer'.
i am away for the holidays and i made a bad guess that it was Am. Std. but after googleing 'Eljer', there's no doubt.
        it's a 2 piece.

if its an eljer the flush valve kit fits under the left tank bolt has a plastic arm with an eljer tank ball most likely u can probably go to a local plumbers shop in ur area if they don't have one they can order it for u its been years since i've seen one

No flush/fill parts yet. only tank, bowl, and a nice new porcelain/chrome flush lever.

its a eljer touch flush, you can get a kit for this at: lowes or barnett.

Any good hardware store will have the Touch Flush kit in stock. I run into these all the time out by me.
