  • alternating shower pressure

I have a 40 glln gas water heater, 2 showers in my home. My problem is after about 10 min of showering the systems go into a COLD water overpowering hot period for about 20-30 seconds and then goes back to the original controlled temperature. This happens whether one or the two showers are being used. I don't have pressure controlled faucets and the water pressure is 95 psi.

You could have a crossover occurring somewhere. Probably need a Pressure Reducing Valve and Thermal Expansion Tank too.

You need a pressure reducing valve, and 60 is proper PSI
I can build anything You want , if you draw a picture of it , on the back of a big enough check .
