    If the accumulated knowledge of the people on this forum can't ID it from that crappy pic, I'm not trusting that the City guy can. He gave me incorrect info on the typical location of the PRV for other homes in the tract. I'm going to leave the doohickey a mystery.

        I can build anything You want , if you draw a picture of it , on the back of a big enough check .
