  • Does American Standard make floor "trough" toilets?

Or are the Chinese illegally copying the American Standard logo onto their own products?
(Wife say, "Chinese cheat any way they can. Chinese always wanto boasthathey have 'high class' American ploduct.")

On Chinese police vehicles I saw light bars which look IDENTICAL to the Federal Signal light bar on my volunteer fire department's ambulance.
Is it Federal Signal or did they make illegal identical copies?

Also, one of my chimney customers had a cast iron parlor stove made in China.
It is identical to a Washington Stove Works parlor stove. It appears that the Chinese company bought a WSW stove and made direct castings from its parts.
I'd take an educated guess - but I'm unqualified.
It ain't just soot, it's paydirt.

I don't know about your situation but copyright/trademark/patent infringement seems to be apart of the cost of doing business in China

Computer softerware developer said they spent a fortune developing and testing a program.
Found their program being sold from China for a fraction of its value.

American Standard said they do not make those "squat"oilets.
