        What kind of booster pump did you have in mind? I'm really not sure that pulling a vacuum on a softener with a pump would be a good idea. I think you would be better served to push through the softener than pull. I'm not saying it hasn't been done, it just seems like a bad idea to me.

          i'm not poking you with a sharp stick here, but he never ask if it was a good idea. if he asks i will say no pushing is better than pulling. lots better. breid...............
