  • Super Vee 1/4" reverse auger ?????????????

Have a broken 1/4" cable on My super vee top gun. Good time to do the reverse auger Rick special. Never done one, could use some advise. Should I keep the bulb size same as came on the cable ? [ It was fixed ] I imagine this would be great for shower traps and tub overflow access. thanks in advance, Tool

tool, the trick with the reverse auger really only applies to the sectional cables.

a 1/4'' cable with no end is still a 1/4'' with a bent end.

the reverse comes into play with the sectional and creates a corkscrew effect.

bend a slight offset in the last 2'' and hope for the best.

the sectional is the true hair grabber.
