    Low pressure and dirty water...

    Not looking forward to taking one of these apart again. This is gonna end up being most of my day fiddling around with all those screws.

    At least I'll have some magnetized screwdrivers...

        They go pretty quick once you get a couple under your belt. The first one is a bit intimidating but just tear into it and hope u don't have to many left over parts or screws. Don't forget about the wire that goes behind the heat exchanger.

          I just replaced two circuit boards on a pair of Noritz units. Pretty easy swap, and programing. One board flame sensing circuit was grounding out and it was giving a false Code 11, the other shorted out due to a leak inside, one of the supply tubes had a pinhole leak inside the unit after the first flow sensor. Lucky this place had 5 units installed in all, so they limped on 3 units for a week.
