    so here's the deal i am going to have rural water. my meter is going to be 2500 feet away from my new house i was needing some advice on sizing the new water line to get the optimal pressure and volume. any help would be appreciated

      If you are using something like polyethylene, and you would like to use up to about 14 gallon per minute, you would need 1½" pipe to keep your friction losses down.

        so here's the deal this is the second thread i have posted on this topic and i have had several different opinions i have 2 outside faucets 5 inside faucets 2 showers one tub dishwasher washing machine and hot water tank the water presure next door at my parent house is around 100 psi inside there house it is a gradual down hill slop i know nothing about plumbing so i am kinda lost
