  • Low cold water pressure at one fixture

    Hey guys,

I have a situation at my kitchen faucet. It's a new-ish Franke pull out spray. The hot water pressure from the faucet is fine, but the cold water pressure is on the low side. Cold water pressure at all other fixtures in the house is fine.

The quarter-turn shutoff valve is wide open, I've replaced the cartridge in the faucet and that didn't change anything. All copper and pex in the house, and the gauge at the pressure switch is pegged at 60 PSI.

Any thoughts on what else I should look into in this situation?

    Thanks!
    MF

Might try changing the supply valve.
Even though the handle is in the full on position, the stem or ball may be stuck
or there could be debris in the valve or supply line or in the cold port of the faucet itself.
    Process of elimination.
