  • Question about two vanity sinks

My bathroom has two separate sinks in the vanity. The sink drains are 26" apart, and both sinks have a trap. All of the drain lines are 1.5" PVC.

The right sink drains along a horizontal run (sloped correctly) that connects to a Wye behind the left sink trap. This line then runs behind the wall about 4' to the stack.

Both sinks drain fine; however, after the right sink drains, it gurgles a couple of times.

I've been doing some research, but I don't have a plan yet. One route seems to be adding an AAV on the horizontal run. Another route seems to be eliminating the trap on the right sink and tying into the left trap with a drain wye.

    Any help would be appreciated.
