  • Hanyman Or Plumber..............???

This is a kitchen sink line, the bottom was rotted out at the 4" cast 90 under the floor just below the cleanout (pic #1). It was rerouted near the main cleanout (pic #3).

Who did the repair, handyman or plumber ???

Will is right...a hack doesn't understand the reason wye fittings are more money than tees and therefore will be a cheap *** and then you have the mess your in now....

It also has a belly and the old pipe wasn't capped off.

My point is that this work was done by a licensed plumber with 20+ years experience.

Like I've said in the past, sometimes that piece of paper and all those years don't mean chit

I've seen Handymen do better than that.

This world is full of pretend players and wannabes in every field. Like many of you, I just shake my head at all the things we see that passes as plumbing.

I just noticed he used a 3"x2" tee on the 4" cast iron.....classy
