    What? no takers?
    Looks like a hardware store brand of some kind.
    In that last pic there should be a gasket on the bottom of the cart.
    Might be stuck to the valve body.
    Me, I would replace that valve.
    As long as the cover plate on the new valve is the same size
    or bigger than the original, you can install a new posi-temp
    right in the same hole without cutting tile.
    Would have been nice to see the valve in the wall along with
    the piping. Is the plate grouted in?

        Did you remove the cover plate to see if there was a sticker on the back of the plate? Usually there is a name, and build date.

        My buddy thinks its a no longer made delta spin off company.
