I have a boiler for heat and hot water. 3 heat zones plus a coil. I have a honeywell L4081B aquastat. The stat will turn the burner on when a zone calls for heat, and it will not let the circulators run until the boiler is up to temp. So that's as it should be. The stat will also turn the burner off when the boiler reaches its hi limit. It will not, however, turn the burner on when the boiler reaches its low limit.
Any input would be immensely appreciated. I feel like it must be a wiring issue. I will also note that, when the aquastat hi limit is set to 180, the burner doesn't turn off until the temperature readout gets to like 195. I did not use any conductive gel in the sensor.
