2'' FOR THE WASTE LINE WITH A 1.5'' TRAP AND TRAPARM. GOOD IDEA TO INSTALL A 2'' CLEANOUT AT THE AREA JUST ABOVE THE SAN TEE FOR THE TRAP ARM. PREFERED ON A OUTSIDE WALL FOR FUTURE CLEANING. ALSO REMEMBER THAT A GARBAGE DISPOSAL IS NOT A GARBAGE CAN. USE THE TRASH FOR FOOD THAT WILL FALL OFF THE PLATE. AND DISPOSAL FOR RINSED OFF FOOD SCRAPS. ALSO ALL VEGTABLE PEELINGS SHOULD BE PUT INTO THE TRASH CAN. REMEMBER FOOD IS LIKE COLESTERAL? PUT IT INTO THE TRASH.

2" pipe is ideal for a kitchen or shower drain. For a bathtub or lavatory drain 1 1/2 pipe is fine. For your trunk line consult your plumber as it will depend on how many total fixtures you have in the home and how they are laid out. You might be able to reduce from 4 inch to 3 inch right away or you made need to run 4 inch throughout most of your home. Again, that all depends on how your floor plan is laid out.
