  • using a profile wheel with ridgid tile saw?

We have a ridgid tile saw and want to use a 6" profile wheel. We can't lower wheel enough to catch tile without using something under tile on table to move it up, When we do this we lose the edge of the sliding table which enables the tile to be secure and at 90 degrees to the profile wheel.. Any suggestions.

Could you make up a riser block with a step in it? The block catches the edge of the sliding table and the step in the block catches the edge of your tile.
