  • Expansion Gap in T&G Sub-floor?

I am laying down 3/4" T&G plywood on top of existing 5/8" plywood sub-floor. Using flooring screws and PL Premium. Do I need to leave an expansion gap between adjacent pieces of plywood?
    Thanks,
    Andrew

All the manufactures that I use recommend leaving an 1/8" gap around all sides. I would check the manufactures website, but if you can't find anything just leave 1/8" gap around all sides.

It's tongue and groove, how do you propose leaving a gap?
